FOOD IS MY LIFE...

So, I have a solid plan for when I win the lottery. I'll build a house, start a recipe blog, cook and shoot food pictures every day and start to teach cooking...

Well, 2020 and COVID-19 came around, and while I did not win the lottery - quite the opposite actually, I decided to get this started.

I love food, always have. I grew up in a family where every meal was cooked from scratch. My mom could make a meal out of next to nothing and pretty much everyone in my family picked up a passion for food and cooking. 

​

Well, I made it my profession, decided to become a cook when I was 5 years old. In my 25+ years in the kitchen I have been privileged to have worked in some great locations on several continents, and especially with some great people.

I believe great food does not have to be complicated, and like to keep it simple. The best food is not necessarily cooked in the fanciest restaurants, but by people that love what they do and care for the ones they cook for.

Final, full disclosure....I am an avid user of awesome and fantastic, and believe positivity is a force multiplier. :-)
